Habe and rube are both units of measurement that originated in Japan. Habe is equivalent to square meters, while rube is equivalent to cubic meters. Habe is derived from the Japanese word "heibei" (平米), which means "square meter". Rube is derived from the Japanese word "ryobei" (立米), which means "cubic meter". Habe and rube were first used in Korea during the Japanese colonial period in the 1910s. They are still commonly used in construction sites and real estate today. However, habe and rube are not internationally recognized units of measurement, so it is better to use square meters and cubic meters in official documents. Habe is a unit of area that is equivalent to 1 square meter (1m x 1m). For example, if the area of a piece of land is 10 square meters, the habe is 10/0.3025 = 33.058. Therefore, the area of the land is 33.058 habe. Rube is a unit of volume that is equivalent to 1 cubic meter (1m3). For example, if the volume of concrete is 1
